We currently have one weekly training session coached by Sarah, our experienced Swim England level 2 qualified coach. Our sessions are structured and you can expect to receive support and guidance on how to improve your technical abilities in a supportive environment among fellow swimmers.

Training time

Monday 5:30 - 6:30 AM - starting on September 1st 2025! Subject to numbers and available pool time, we hope to increase training time in the future.

Location

We hold all our training sessions at Wildern Leisure Centre, which is located at Wildern School in Hedge End. The pool is a 4-lane 25m swimming pool and has ample free parking for club members. The pool address is:
