We currently have one weekly training session coached by Sarah, our experienced Swim England level 2 qualified coach. Our sessions are structured and you can expect to receive support and guidance on how to improve your technical abilities in a supportive environment among fellow swimmers.

We hold all our training sessions at Wildern Leisure Centre, which is located at Wildern School in Hedge End. The pool is a 4-lane 25m swimming pool and has ample free parking for club members. The pool address is:
